Agree, the major issue is the Management don't even care as they do not own any shares (CEO owns very tiny). Next Capital positioned this Management team for floating. The team staying in the position and just milking the cow (getting pays and bonus from holders, enjoy peaceful life in NZ or holiday by business trips).
Another challenge is the Management preventing Chinese investors acquiring VIT as conflict of their benefits, losing this jobs at VIT they may end up in a queue at Social Welfare
