Surely they would need people versed in, for example, the Russian market to be able to market these products to the right people? I.e Creating advertisements that a relevant to the Russian language and culture? And that goes for the rest of the European countries. The best conversion rates would be achieved with the native language i'd assume. So I think in some markets, the "not leaving Sydney" thing is not exactly true. They've already hired a marketing lead for the Singapore market. I'd assume they'd need to hire one or maybe a few for the Russian market?
