Hi Ape... At AGM Evraz voted against 3 resolutions so board withdrew them.I read somewhere that they cannot be re-introduced for 12 months.So, Timmis does not get the 44 mil shares... deal is still on,but i'm sure they are concocting up someway to sling him a bonus.My understanding was that if the deal did not fully proceed, he would keep the shares-that's why so many other S/H's voted against it.TS was sure pissed off with Evras voting against that , and shares to staff , and increased remunerations to directors.I think Evraz did us all a favour as it's hard to out-vote TS and his mates ( as many s/h's dont bother to vote or respond)
