My sentiment is BUY, of course I'm going to state facts that support that, I don't really understand your point there. Your SELL sentiment sits with the majority at the moment, exactly why now is the time is to accumulate quality undervalued uranium stocks - the recent action from the PEN top holders supports that statement. The PB is flawed as much as the next model, however there's no denying it states that the company is currently valued lower than its net assets, suggesting a very limited downside.
The facts are:
- the top holders have been buying
- the book value of PEN's net assets are worth more than its market cap
- PEN has US$22m cash
- JORC of 53.5m lbs at Lance
- 57m lbs project in South Africa to divest for $
- There is limited downside and huge upside
- there is a uranium boom coming
