Thats definately a typo. If you search for prima biomed on the nasdaq it does not find anything. When sprintree and prima had the cocktail party last week and brokers emailed certain people and titled the email as "prr info / nasdaq listing celebration night?", I personally emailed MR and asked him if the cocktail party was to celebrate the NASDAQ listing then why had they not released this information to its shareholders. This was MR's reply on 7/4/2011
"This is a cocktail party organised by a shareholder not by the company.
Perhaps there is a misunderstanding with the title of the email. When the SEC gives a final clearance for the NASDAQ listing we will inform the market immediately as our obligations to all shareholders under listing rule 3.1."
