The SEC came back with more questions (yet again) on minor trivial matters. This was a little while ago (a week or two). Basically they are just being f-wits about it all...it is America we are dealing with here.
The good news is that it does not affect the technology and it's progress.
PS. I can't express how bullish I am on PRR long term.
But hey...what do I know ;)
