    With D.E. previously holding 45,000,001 shares at arms length this latest purchase of just shy of 13.5 million equates to 3% of his holdings, seems like the annual 3% creep for this year has just taken place.
    the same 3% creep next year equals 60% of the company, only a few years and its all his.
