Technically, it's proven (his words) and everyone will line up to use a technology if proven on a commercial scale.
Says that his government moving forward would be requesting that they start value adding their low rank coal in this manner.
Can we infer from this that they don't see WEC's tech as a viable prospect and are looking elsewhere?
Today is an important day i feel, if profit taking at 1.7 has run its course, then it follows that a change of attitude toward 1.8's will ensue.
