Yes there is a legitimate reason. Spoke to MB, he explained more time is required to factor in the additional costs of the "flotation step" which improved the Tungsten recovery to 85% as announced on 4/4/12. As I posted earlier the estimates the final DFS to be out is later this month or early next month. If that's the case the windows of opportunity to buy more shares is very short, i.e if you want to take a position before the DFS.
