Wouldn't a bidding war be nice. I'm picking this won't happen for Senex, simply because I am a holder and it's not my luck to ever hold a share that becomes the subject of a bidding war (the closest I came to that was a NZ share, PDL, that I sold years ago in the $4 region just before a takeover bid was announced, then a bidding war erupted and it finally went to the Krauts for $14).
Still, I won't complain if Senex was to end up being fought over by the big boys, that would at least maximise the chances of shareholders getting the benefit of a silly high price. In the meantime we will just have to tolerate the games being played and ignore the depth which is mostly fake.
