to quote
"registered at the close of business ....etc etc 14 november 2005"
that normally means that the shares need to be registered by then - not in the process of being registered. then the prospectus can be sent to those holders - on the 18th
normally, for dividends etc etc, a company is traded on a "ex" (eg XD) basis - 7 days prior to the books closing - so why not the same here
