As at recent Annual Report, there were 734 holders of 10,000 + shares. There were another 648 holders of between 5001 - 10,000, so it would be reasonable to assume that a good percentage of those would top up to the 10K level by close tomorrow. So that brings eligibility to about 1000 shareholders (as you estimated)
5000 priority to each leaves 12.5M shares to be distributed "pro rata to their Resolute Mining
shareholding" That works out to be around 1 share per 15 held

So if u hold 60K at present you'll end up getting around 9000 whereas if you had 6 lots of 10K you'd get 50,000 Valhalla . . . . well worth the stroll down to the corner of Canning Hwy & Riesley St
