re: what's valhalla worth yellowcake ? That's the $64K question
I recall RSG stated that they would keep 75% odd of Valhalla & that they wanted to raise around $5m working capital from the float.
So I'm guessing that the offer to RSG holders will be 1 Valhalla @ $0.20 for every 5 RSG held resulting in 30m shares to RSG shareholders & 120m to RSG & an IPO capex of $30m
So come up with a "real" ex IPO value for Valhalla, divide by 150m & that's the possible stag
