re: disaster See letter to shareholders. Revocation of patent in UK is a big concern, although they believe they can defeat revocation - ties up resources and holds up business growth. Looking for other commercial opportunities, which foreshadows another rights issue and further dilution of stock, if that matters.
I don't know why they bother and just don't abandon the stock like many of their shareholders.
