Given shares outstanding of 760m, and an effective free float of roughly 50%, and last week's trading volume of some 50m shares, that's 13% of FF traded - and at a rising price. I think MOY is now attracting institutional buying - and they'll be at diggers at start-August. Announcement of a substantial holding would really put an engine under this thing.
