My guess is that this money is to fund gold project expansion in the immediate term - effectively to tide the company over and get gold projects cranking with Sean onboard over the next few months until new Mt Thirsty Met results are in and the real action begins with Mt Thirsty (When both companies can raise more money easily at a higher Mcap, or an off-take or stream funding deal comes into play). Thus I think the directors will not be keen to dilute the company more than is necessary at this low price and may well close the offer early.
