I don't think accumulation is happening by anyone in particular. I think it's a large group of small holders.
My reasoning behind why is:
1. Volume is too small.
2. Price still has an upwards momentum - big players would keep it down and accumulate.
3. We're not far from our 52-week high (why accumulate at those prices?).

I think we're reaching a point where a lot of people might start to sell off some holdings because they have reached their target. That might see the SP take a bit of a breather.

IMO I think it still has quite a bit to go.
