I'm not a trader either. Bought AEF a few years ago because I wanted to put my money where my mouth was from an ethical perspective. Ended up selling my holding one year ago during the ETF buying frenzy after listing on the ASX300. Bought in again in June planning to hold long term but ended up selling again before the end of the year (again with a tidy profit). Had major regrets when I saw it almost hit $6, but ended up buying back in during the COVID dip. I really like the company and want to be a longterm holder, but I keep getting tempted to sell.
Since the beginning of the year, we have seen volumes consistently above 4m / mth. March saw even higher volume, but most of that was COVID selling. April showed us that there was still very strong support for AEF. I'd really love to know where that support is coming from and why.
