You guys are dreaming trying to justify this mess. if they cant buy the money at the right rates they will call their mortgages in and that is not too far away. The damage this has done will be felt for years to come. They are gawn!! They already have contingency plans in place. next thing that wioll happen is they will start to deny ant major problems then you know its curtains!!
