    the Inteq report says they have enough cash to get 3 projects into production THIS year.
    they have USD$10m due to them from the Vanmag sale also.

    therefore they shouldnt need anymore cash. they've done the big placements.

    and those projects should produce enought cashflow to get the others up and running.
