Acusensus conducted a 5-for-1 share split after their IPO. This means that for every one share that existed before the split, shareholders received five shares after the split. As a result, the share price was adjusted accordingly—if it was around $4 before the split, it would have been adjusted to around $0.80 post-split, without changing the overall market capitalization of the company. So basically you do this to increase liquidity and make them accessible to retailers, very commonly done.
