The latest report mostly reiterated previously known information, which explains why the share price remained relatively stable. The key missing piece that investors were likely looking for IMO - confirmation of the full NZ contract, which isn't there yet.
However, I’ve come across some significant evidence that suggests a formal announcement may be imminent, it just requires to read between the lines.
For weeks now, I’ve been tracking job advertisements in NZ, and ACE has been actively hiring certain jobs from a few locations in Christchurch, Wellington, and Auckland. Lots of field service technicians, maintence engineer leads, evidence verifiers etc have been listed daily. While some of these roles are linked to the initial $5.2M mobilisation phase, the scale and geographic spread of these hires suggest something much larger, more aligned with full contract execution rather than just preliminary setup.
It’s highly unlikely ACE would be ramping up recruitment across multiple regions without full confidence that the $92M contract will proceed. Given this, I believe we could see official confirmation of the full contract within the next few weeks to a month. When that happens, it could serve as a major catalyst for the SP. It'll either drive a strong upward move if the market hasn’t fully priced it in, or at the very least, removing any lingering uncertainty that may have been holding the price back.
All IMO, lets see what happens.
