How can you disprove first piece evidence being a photo of a driver using a mobile phone?
The technology isn't wrong or making it up, and actually harder to get out of than mobile speed cameras where a whole range of variables such as equipment and car speedometer accuracy comes into play.
It's not the technology they will find holes in more likely made up reasons as to why you needed to use your phone at that moment.
being caught and served a ticket by a police officer is harder to get out of than a photo of you using your phone whereby you can say there was an emergency.
