As a tech with around 30 years experience I can say with great confidence that a LOT of computer problems are operator caused.
Why would you pay ACER to fix something TWICE if they didn't fix it the first time and still have not fixed it?
Call someone local and get them to check it out, or slip someone's kid $50 to sort it out for you.
