Would say the same re acer...
Any problem I ever with one of the many acer laptops I purchased over the last years had was fixed without hassle...
And I would also say the same for the Toshiba laptops I have purchased...
Very few problems cannot be fixed with some problem hardware replacement and a clean system install on a freshly formatted disc...
