Personally, I like their aggressive, on the front foot (cricket analogy since it is fast approaching) approach to media/marketing.
In the equipment hire market & contracts, price reigns supreme, from there it is a case of all the little extras offered which the others don’t. Acrow appear to be very good at promoting the little extras - and remember it is the little bit ‘extra’ which converts ordinary into extraordinary.
One matter which I am watching closely is their ability to deliver on what they say, without wrapping a pool floater in a Tosca wrapper…and passing it off as something else…if you get my drift. A floater is a floater and the market quickly recognises a code brown warning.
