Listening to the webinar suspect the FY 24 figures are conservative given the comments being made so personally I think we will see another upgrade at some point prior to year end.
At Steve has said before his forecasts are based on known income and contracts
Good to see a slight decline in interest rates.
Hopefully the one off expenses ($2.5m. Pcp $200k )for remaining etc will not reoccur in the next 6 months.
I also remember last time Steve said that he turned the cap expenduture off cash would generated very quickly to offset debt. Whilst there are good opportunities the cap exp will continue.
Will listen to the recording again.
I wonder what value the brokers will attach to this one now ?
