Great book and great post mate.
Only thing i would say is what is the typical PE of construction companies, probably a bit lower than 20x...
That said, i'm in complete agreement this is a great company moving in the right direction.
From a technical analysis standpoint it looks like we could be forming an ascending Triangle, which could indicate a possible upward breakout in the next month or so...
