"Academic Colleges Group is on the block in a Macquarie Capital-run sale, which could reap about $200 million.
Street Talk understands fliers have been sent out to private equity firms and potential trade buyers, such as ASX-listed Intueri Education Group.
ACG is New Zealand's largest private education provider, with 12,000 students and 1,000 staff."

Should be very interesting to see who buys this and how much it goes for. Kevin Chin would no doubt he running his ruler over it.
