my understanding is that milestone payments are paid when certain milestones are met in the future, for example at the completion of Phase 1 Trials, First Sales etc etc.
BLT has a 5% stake in Tacere. So unless BLT sells that stake (which may be slightly more valuable following today's announcement) immediately, I can't see how this announcement gives any immediate cashflow to BLT?
