    They will spend 90 % of the capital costs to remedy plant to maneplate in 2014---we are almost half way there !

    My thoughts are that they may get to 90 % nameplate in the next 6 months

    this is 2 mt per quarter ( last quarter 911k )

    I can see the upside, finally
