Big Pharma aren't looking at molecules that target protein vpu yet...
So I think Biotron could be leading the race there.
Bitoron have thought of BIT225 as a late-acting drug, but form the above article it appears Vpu inhibitors might play a more primary role in he initial stage of an HIV infection.
