The sustainability report introduced at the agm by Michael Luscombe was first rate to those that read the report. Michael is a first rate retail executive. He is a level 5 leader and I believe WOW will prosper further under him.
In 1987, Mr Buffett stated: "...the best business returns are usually achieved by companies that are doing something quite similar today to what they were doing 5 or 10 years ago." WOW fits this model, mundane yes but a superb well run company.
It is the franchise that continually keeps giving year after year for shareholders.
