Over half the company is owned by 20 twenty shareholders . As pointed out by Dirk recently some of those shareholders are fairly powerful players. Obviously they wouldnt like to see the share price destroyed so is it possible that some of the bigger holders could loan ACL the money to kick off the trials ? - I saw from Dirks post the Liberman family are substantial holders and are supposedly worth 1.7 billion. Little loan to protect their investment shoudnt be to hard to ask for particularly if there is some kind of sweetener.
