Without wanting or being able to go into the values, why should I exchange - at yesterday's value - 3.06 AUD for the offered (3.60 x 0.74 =) 2.66 AUD? And, what is not insignificant: for a merger intended by ACL, certain incentives - in the form of benefits from a merger - would have to be offered, so I meant therefore 1 : 1 would be justified. But when I look at the negative -psychological- effects of this offer on the Healius price today, I guess my argumentation almost does itself That's of course also one way to do it ...
