In all likelihood, it's probably way more than Australia uses internally because it'll be measured in tonnes and not in specific energy or kcal..Yes, this does make NHC start to look like the pick of the litter. However, there's still a large lot of detail that needs to come to light. It's not a simply concept, but, it can be explained succinctly by saying "not all coals are created equal".
