Checkout the announcement on 16/06. Someone became substantial holder and everybody was waiting for some global firm like GS/BS to publish downgrade report to push the price down for shorter.
if it is Mac then we can put 2 and 2 gather on how behind the door partnership works. GS/BS usually aligned with SS(CXO) and Macquarie is with Jmorg.
