Truly disgusting how much is being stolen from every electricity user.
Clearly the input cost rises were more excuse than reason. Demonising coal/oil/gas while raking in huge royalties from coal and gouging consumers.
Privatising so much of the grid oddly hasn't boosted efficiencies or lowered costs. Just baked in ticket clipping and inefficiencies. Might also explain the east coast gas debacle.
Some sacred cows just won't die, no matter how much evidence accumulates.
