Sorry but there's only one GOOD way to value any stock and it's cash flow.
Current guidance for NHC is 10m t? (Correct me if I'm wrong, that's just from memory)
Lets say next year will be the same. Let's average $130USD t which = $1.3b. ($2b AUD) Now minus costs of about $100AUD and royalties which gives approx $1b profit before tax and other costs. Let's say NHC are looking at about $650m profit for the year. And that's sort of being conservative in my opinion.
900m shares on issue or there abouts, you get EPS of about $0.72c per share. Not terrible, but that's not a lot of wiggle room.
Excuse the numbers, they are rough and from memory. Happy to be corrected.
