The problem in Europe is the lack of gas storage. Their tanks are near capacity currently, but, without replenishment, they'll draw down most of the storage in under a week. The nord streams have been destroyed by the terrorists in Washington. While there's still some pipeline gas across land, it's not enough and LNG port capacity has been built... but again, that's not a storage solution because of the way gas is extracted and transported on boats... aka, not enough boats.
Next problem is coal capacity... allegedly, over the last few months someone sold most stockpile coal from Europe to India... because energy demand was low during the European summer and coal is a dead commodity because of windmills and solar. Unfortunately, someone forgot about winter.

In summary, Europe is going to need to buy lots of coal again. Soon. Very soon.
