Its worse than that in the UK, they actually went through and blew them up. Now they are desperately trying to get underwater cables up and running to France, Denmark etc so they can import nuclear energy. If its a cold winter they are f*ed. At least in Germany they were sensible enough to not blow them up and were able to bring some back online.
