when you talk about 2 years horizon, you need to act now, its not too far away, not even a proper long term.. the market price is heavily affected by rumours, current expectations, forward thinking, FOMO put it like that, before the numbers are actually in, but itll be too late then to buy for good return as i said..
by the end of the next fy which is in a 1.5 years its already projected to get considerable 2.5mt return from the na3 which btw could let it be on pair with WHC.. we've already got bigger divident payout than WHC with MC 30% below theirs, which means investing in nhc is safer even now..
the only thing holding it back is a potential further litigation, thats why the SP has not materialized at a proper level.. yet
