there's 7.5m oppies exercisable at 30c, don't be surprised if their holders (i.e. board) are selling into strong retail interest on the way up before they exercise them and then issue the 2 for 1 oppies deal. I can see another $5m entering the coffers on this basis alone, without a formal capital raise.
