I'm sure APG and GPC would already have poked their noses in the ACM data.
I'd be interested to see if Bapcor have an interest in ACM to take a foothold in panel parts similar to GPC. They may not want to get left behind their major competitor. They have plenty of their own issues to resolve though, so may view it a distraction.
