I'm not so sure - the 40 million was a given and I dare say only after extensive due diligence by the investor. Which would lead me to believe BOT has released the trial results - just not to the general public....yet. No one tips that amount into the kitty without assurances of a return and those assurances I can only assume would be positive trial results and this is no run of the mill speculator that has jumped on board - just look at the calibre of executive that has joined the organisation. These are people who know what is going to be successful. My only regret at this stage is I didn't get on board sooner.
