The next largest headline alongside their own name is the statement "INVESTING IN MANAGEMENT" . . . I would suggest that is exactly what Acorn has done. i.e assessed the management of each of the three main providers of UCG investment opportunities and decided to be a substantial holder of CXY.

I see from their notice that they sometimes hold the shares under National Nominees. National Nominees is often on the register of smaller micro caps under the five per cent shareholding level and hence you'd never know. For all we know they hold at the lower level in CNX and LNC. Either way they decided to go big time into CXY and are often a buyer who chasees bigger holdings, so I would not be at all surprised if they chase more volume on behalf of their varied client base.
