To say that 50,000 social welfare people need a house is so misleading when it comes to demand for housing.
Demand is drying up big time and it will only get worse. Property prices must drop to come back into line with affordability. This means at least a 30%. drop is needed from current levels IMHO.
Anyone buying property or multiple properties on finance in this current market needs their head read IMHO.
The days of almost guaranteed rises in property are gone.
