All that I am stating is that it is important for people out there to be able to analyse that data correctly and it would be a false and incorrect assumption that the 50,000 figure stated is an indicator on demand for property.
Yes 50,000 poor unfortunate people out there probbaly need a house but are currently unemployed and not looking for a job, on social welfare and are happy to remain on that and living with friends, relatives or shelters of some kind.
It is no indicator of true demand in housing.
It is a social welfare issue so maybe this info is for another forum not the property forum??
