Throwing your arms in the air and surrendering does not look good, either for any resumption of trading, or perhaps for any recovery of funds for holders.
Never like to see people do their dough, sadly IMO the writing was clearly on the wall well before this all blew up - prior to suspension, and for a long time before, quite a few people were overcome with avarice and put rose coloured glasses on, ignoring the signs, and worse - trying to legitimize everything to anyone that would listen!
