Let's say 2500 shareholders received a booklet at a cost of $6 each that's $15,000. Which is not much if you look at the potential overall transaction. Paying out 15000 and saving 15 % on interest Seems to be a better option to me. Remember other shareholder with larger holding will take up the offer in which lower the cost per shareholders.
